  defined, it allow us to compile code not available for the current
  libcURL version.

  as CURLOPT_SSLENGINE_DEFAULT, for instance.
- Fixed the missing msvc makefiles in source distribution.
- Fixed some gcc 3.2 compilation fixes (MaHo)
