Aggiunto il metod TForm_EC_editor::print() per l'anteprima di stampa.

Aggiunti metodi hook_footer() e unhook_footer() per agganciare il
footer al body se columnwise.
Tolto il ricalcolo delle larghezze colonne in sezioni columnwise se
viene cambiato il font.
