A wagering levy to help fund neighborhood facilities and treat gambling dependency is among proposals by Labour in a "long-lasting innovative plan for sport".

While the Premier League also presented a voluntary 5% levy on television revenues for the grassroots game, the party believes the method that amount is computed means it is typically less that it could be.
